Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Resolution Professional
Location: Hybrid - Downers Grove, IL
Pay Range: $23-$27/hr.
Job Type: 6 month contract with potential to hire/convert to FTE
Our client is seeking an experienced and self-starting AR Resolution Professional for a six month interim assignment with the possibility of conversion to full time. This individual would be responsible recording, reviewing, and resolving customer disputes and deductions. Attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities are vital in being able to succeed in this role.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with dealers, vendors, and customers to resolve invoice-related accounting issues.
- Track and document open customer disputes, identifying and analyzing underlying issues.
- Communicate findings and resolutions to relevant parties, maintaining detailed records.
- Conduct regular account reviews and follow up with accounts for supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with additional financial tasks as needed.
What's Required?:
- B2B Accounts Receivable experience in a commercial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
- Effective team collaborator who communicates issues and ideas professionally.
