Our client, a leading commercial collections company, is seeking a Senior Collections Professional to join their team. As a Senior Collections Professional, you will be part of the Collections department supporting big accounts in B2B. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service, and good Excel skills (VLOOKUP) at a minimum.

Location:Â Hybrid, Downers Grove, Illinois
Pay Range: Competitive based on experience
What's the Job?
- Manage commercial collections for big accounts in B2B
- Perform account reconciliations and use customer portals (AP, procurement inclusive)
- Provide excellent customer service and navigate systems effectively
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
What's Needed?
- 5-10+ years of experience in commercial collections
- Experience managing a portfolio in the millions
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Excellent account reconciliation skills
- ERP experience (D365 preferred)
- Ability to speak Spanish or French is a plus, but not required
