Lead Resident Assistant -Full Time

Royal Oaks, a HumanGood community in Bradbury, CA is hiring a Full Time Lead Resident Assistant. Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in their private residences; this may be at a private residence in our community at a private home. The Resident Assistant develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation.  As a Lead Resident Assistant, you will help schedule shifts, expand and prepare WellSky shifts accurately, review employee timecards, explain team goals, update residents' care plans, and cover shifts as needed. 

Status: Full-Time

Compensation:  $19.00-20.00 (DOE).

Shift:                    Sundays-10:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday-12:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
