Lead Wait Staff - Full Time

Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA, one of several HumanGood communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2024 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full Time Lead Wait Staff. Under general supervision, the Wait Staff/Server’s day-to-day work includes routinely setting up, clearing and cleaning and resetting dining room. Taking menu orders and serving residents and guests meals in a timely and gracious manner. Providing quality customer service to residents and guests. As a representative and team member of dining services, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction in the dining department. As a Lead Wait Staff, you will coach, explain team goals and objectives to assigned team members and assist the team in organizing to accomplish work. 

City: Bradbury

Status: Full Time

Compensation: $19.00 p/h based on experience.

Shift: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm or 4:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. (Hours vary based on departmental needs).
