Our client  is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The Sustainable Energy Program Manager serves as the business development lead for this growing business in sustainable / renewable / waste-to-energy programs, focusing on design/build/operate projects in the renewable biogas, renewable power, and alternative fuels markets.

 

Job Title: Sustainable Energy Program Manager

What’s the Job?

  • We want to achieve renewable energy goals, reducing greenhouse gases and creating useful by-products from waste 
  • Build relationships with government and commercial clients and partners to meet business goals
  • Lead proposal development efforts, conceptualizing new and innovative projects/products related to sustainable energy technologies that meet customer needs/requirements
  •  Lead product development efforts that will lead to commercialized systems and products
  • Serve as a key technical lead in this market area and work with other staff to develop breakthrough technologies that advance state of the art and have market potential
  • Assist the project manager in all aspects of Engineering or EPC project execution from project award, through commissioning and project closeout.
     

 

What’s Needed?

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred
•    Minimum of 6 years of related experience in sustainability and innovation required.
