As a Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist - Level 4 (Senior Principal) for our Tactical Space Systems Division located onsite in Dulles, VA, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. The selected candidate will be part of Global Supply Chain (GSC) proposals department. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Developing GSC proposal strategy for each capture, evaluating prime solicitation and determining applicable flow-downs to be incorporated into a supplier’s Request for Proposal. Issuance of Request for Proposals to comply with company policies and prime solicitation requirements, proposal evaluation and identification of any risk that needs to be mitigated, Preparation of price and/or cost analysis, pre-negotiation plans, supplier negotiations, preparation of proposal review/approval to various levels of executives, Preparation of various proposal narratives, such as Supply Chain Management Plan, Supply Chain Risk Management Plan (SCRM) and any other unique GSC requirements that will need to be incorporated into proposal submission, Close collaboration/coordination with all functional areas and adhering to proposal schedule deadlines.
