The project manager must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in Dulles, VA. Primary Responsibilities Include: Development and sustainment of SharePoint repository for project management data Development and sustainment of project management command media, tools, and templates Development of metrics dashboard for utilization by all levels of employees from individual contributor to executive leadership Evaluation of performance data and early identification of performance metrics In addition, this position will provide growth opportunity as an individual contributor in project management to include: Engagement and collaboration with program and functional organizations (from individual contributors to executive staff) to obtain, understand, and interpret project needs to effectively meet program milestones. Generation of Cost Estimates for proposed work. Coordination control account cost and schedule performance through project life cycle. Facilitate internal meetings to support design, production, and problem resolution. Initiation and maintenance of project subcontracts as well as intra-company work orders in support of project financial and schedule performance. Engagement and collaboration with program and functional organizations (from individual contributors to executive staff) to obtain, understand, and interpret project needs to effectively meet program milestones.
