Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, self motivated, and have some experience with accounts payable and receivables. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position with weekday hours 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Duties: 

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
  • Assist with proof reading documents for accuracy 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

Experience: 

  • One year of Customer Service Required
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
