What You’ll Do:

  • Provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, group homes, and hospitals
  • Assist patients with daily activities: bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
  • Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, intake/output, and maintain accurate records
  • Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions to ensure the best outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active CNA certification in Minnesota
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 6+ months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
