This unique position requires:
Availability for at least 4 days per week, including weekends
Flexibility for all shifts (day, evening, and overnight)
Willingness to work at various healthcare facilities

What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, group homes, and hospitals
- Assist patients with daily activities: bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, intake/output, and maintain accurate records
- Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to ensure the best outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in Minnesota
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 6+ months of CNA experience in a healthcare facility (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
