- $18-20/hr, depending on experience
- Monday through Friday, 6a-3p schedule

- Coordinate domestic and international freight pickups and shipments (including containers)
- Communicate with customers and carriers to facilitate efficient logistics operations
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including commercial invoices, SLIs, Canadian CIs, and AES filingÂ
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Execute physical and systematic transactions, ensuring accurate labeling, transaction, and storage
- Respond promptly to tracking requests from customers, sales, etc.
- Process parcel shipments and transfer orders, including consignment and outside services
- Package parcels and pallets securely and safely to prevent damage to shipped materials
- Conduct cycle counting and general plant organization, such as storage, recycling, E&O management, and physical inventory preparation / processing (auditing, variance investigation, adjustment transactions, etc.)
- Schedule and coordinate incoming deliveries, as well as distribute incoming parcel shipments daily, including RMAs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving (both domestic and international)
- Proficient with shipping websites and applications (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Prior work experience conducting cycle counts
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
