Our client, a leading AI robotics and autonomous vehicle company, is looking to fill multiple Second Shift Software Testing Technician opportunities in their Ohio location. You’ll test and validate the hardware and software of the company’s autonomous vehicles. Emphasizing safety as a top priority, you’ll operate the L5 vehicle daily, ensuring its readiness and conducting software and hardware tests. Your responsibilities will encompass software deployment, vehicle preparation, test execution, and efficient troubleshooting throughout the testing process.

Job Title: Software Testing Technician: Level 5 - Autonomous Vehicle Operator
Location: East Liberty, Ohio. 
Pay: $32.00/hr (plus shift differential)

About the Role:
•    Operate and successfully complete test missions on the L5 autonomous vehicle platform.
•    Ensure a high level of safety awareness during all operations, actively contributing to process improvement.
•    Assist in documentation and capturing metrics, as well as delivering accurate written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
•    Monitor devices during testing and troubleshoot issues that arise, adhering to documented procedures and escalating to the test coordinator when necessary.
•    Support the Mission Readiness team with basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs.

Requirements:
•    Candidates must have at least 3 consecutive years of driving experience with a valid driver's license, and there should be no gaps within this 3-year period.
•    A clean driving history with no criminal record is mandatory and must have access to transportation for commuting to and from test sites.
•    Experience in working with and troubleshooting complex technical systems.
•    Must be able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
•    The ability to maintain composure and adapt to frequent changes or unexpected disruptions is a crucial requirement.:
