We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a part-time Banquet Server. The ideal candidate seeks to create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests through their dedication to exceptional service and hospitality.

What are the responsibilities of a banquet server?

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of banquet spaces, before, during and after events.
Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needs and provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Serve all food and beverages to guests per company standards.
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management.
Complete any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

How can you be successful?

Bring your prior serving experience - 6 months serving medium to large groups preferrable.
Preferably have high school diploma or equivalent.
Currently hold or be able to obtain required certifications during initial 90 days – includes Food and Alcohol Safety.
Be willing and able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs., to bend and squat repeatedly, and to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift.
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
