The Staff Pad has partnered with MNRC in Burnsville, MN, to find dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to join their team. Position Type: W2, Commission-based pay

Up to $80,000 in the first year is highly achievable. Many reps make over $100,000 in their second year.


  • $6,000 Training Bonus – $500 paid weekly for 12 weeks.
  • $2,500 Hiring Bonus – Paid within 30 days of successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
  • $5,000 Performance Bonus – Paid at 180 days of employment, contingent on meeting performance goals.
  • 1% of Invoiced Revenue Retention Bonus – Paid at the 13-month mark, based on invoiced revenue.
  • Referral Bonus option- If you recommend someone to MNRC and they are hired, you earn a $350 SPIFF for every roof job your referral builds in the first calendar year.
  • Draw Program- eligible for advances on earned commissions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential residential clients through strategic canvassing and direct outreach. Secure property inspections by building rapport and effectively communicating MNRC's value.

  • Pipeline Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, tracking leads and progressing through all sales stages from initial contact to closing deals.

  • Achieving Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing sales.

  • Building Trust: Establish credibility and become a trusted advisor for clients seeking storm damage restoration solutions.

  • Ongoing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Post-Sale Engagement: Address any post-sale concerns and ensure client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships and referrals.

  • Service Knowledge: Stay informed about MNRC's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

  • Industry Awareness: Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Feedback Sharing: Provide valuable insights from clients to help refine MNRC's offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Team Contribution: Actively participate in meetings, sharing best practices and success stories.

  • Tracking Progress: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems.

  • Documentation: Assist in drafting proposals and reviewing contracts to align with client expectations.
