Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Senior Principal Test Conductor – Flight Test Organization (FTO) Aircraft Ship-Side Support Team to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. This position will be located in Edwards AFB, CA. In this role, the selected candidate will be a member of a team of aircraft ship-side support engineers and test conductors. This team is responsible for coordination between the Flight Test maintenance organization and the Flight Test engineering organization. Tasking will include initial troubleshooting support, procedure development and re-test procedure development. The selected candidate will coordinate support between maintenance leadership team and engineering leadership team. They will be a self-starter that needs little to no direction from leadership to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This position is 100% on-site at Edwards AFB, CA and for the 3/10 weekend shift (Fri, Sa, Su).
