Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal / Sr Principal Systems Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located on-site in Edwards AFB, CA. This position does not offer telework or remote work possibilities. The day-to-day functions of this position are to: Prepare and support team members, who are currently on work-related travel for back-end support; with maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including interfacing with users to diagnose and resolve issues, open trouble tickets, and coordination with senior network administrators. Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space. Supporting operations at globally dispersed locations and be willing to travel to locations to support with short notice. Offers will be contingent upon ability to receive program access.
