The position works out of our corporate office in EL Segundo, CA.

Pay Information:

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour + monthly bonuses

Responsibilities

  • The lead’s primary role is to support senior call center management. Reach and exceed all operational and department goals as well as patients expectations.
  • Set the tone and the pace through their leadership skills, personality, standards and example.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and have the good judgment to know when to deviate from those policies and procedures in the best interest of the department.
  • Will help train employees both formally and informally to help meet our department goals.
  • Will utilize CXSync Dashboard to monitor call volume and ensure there is enough coverage to handle calls coming in.
  • Will handle escalated calls and collect the necessary information if the issue is not resolved.
  • Position requires flexible working schedule Monday through Friday with potential for Saturdays.
  • Additional tasks but not limited to:
    • Fulfill Inbound PSR Responsibilities
    • Help with New Hire On-Boarding Training
    • Help with Call Center Fun Activities (Birthday, Potlucks, etc.)
    • Assist with Monthly Meeting
    • Audit PSR Logs
    • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Report Technical Issues if necessary

Requirements

  • PSR experience 1 year requirement   
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word 
  • Working knowledge of the web, browsers, e-mail and the internet.
  • Effective listening and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility, multi-tasking in fast paced work environment, and willingness to adjust work schedule based on business needs.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detailed oriented, with strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
