Position Title: Production Associate - Masking
Wage: $19.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Follow safety, environmental and housekeeping rules to maintain a safe working environmentÂ
- Use established knowledge, skills, and abilities to apply various masking materials on aerospace parts and assemblies
- Use sharp cutting tools and work with solvents
- Produce product matching or first article masking samples
- Complete shop documentation including but not limited to work orders, process techniques, inspection reports, first articles and frozen planning
- Collaborate with immediate peers, de-masking, inspection, and chemical processing application personnel
- Engage in ongoing training opportunities, continuous process improvement initiatives and periodic performance assessments
Requirements for Production Associate:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a production environment preferred
- Good computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
