Position Title: Planner
Wage: $27.00 - $28.00/hour

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Planner Responsibilities:
- Perform a detailed review and input order basics such as PO#, part number, reference codes, quantity, etc.
- Verify that information needed for order planning is available and accurate
- Identify, input, and sequence specifications, processes, and customer-specific requirements
- Qualify order lead-time and due date against quoted and archived information, company standards, and customer requirements
- Ensure the company possesses applicable approvals towards specification and revision levels being called out
- Interface across all levels of personnel to troubleshoot and/or qualify information necessary to assembling a work order
- Work closely with Customer Success Representatives to obtain any missing flow-down requirements from the customer
- Provide hands-on, cross-functional support across various Customer Service, Administrative, and project-based responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, continuous process improvement programs, and periodic testing and performance evaluations
Requirements for Planner:
- At least two years of experience in a data entry, data analytics, or contract review position, preferably in an aerospace, manufacturing, metal finishing, or industrial setting
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred
