Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Production Associate - Metal Finishing Responsibilities:
- Perform visual initial inspection while unpacking parts, verifying any surface defects or damage
- Document method that parts were packaged in so they can be protected in the same or a heightened manner when parts are being packed for shipment
- Pack customer parts, paying special attention to customer requirements or internal instructions
- Organize boxes and packaging materials
- Identify and select holding racks and fixtures best suited to efficiently process parts
- Ensure parts are accurately placed with consideration to characteristics, customer specifications and industry standards
- Review established racking method and duplicate the racking for all parts, verifying there is electrical contact to parts when required
- Ensure parts are secured to the rack, paying special attention not to scratch or mark the parts
- Team lift rack onto lift
- Dry and clean parts after processing
Requirements For Production Associate - Metal Finishing:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and strength to handle parts ranging in size and weight
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Manual dexterity
