Essential Job Functions
Team Leadership: Recruit, interview, and hire competent staff with a focus on finding the most qualified candidates.
Staff Development: Provide orientation, in-service education, continuing education, and annual evaluations, establishing goals for growth.
Operational Excellence: Ensure proper supervision during all service hours, implement company policies, and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure patients have current care plans, treatments are delivered according to physician orders, and care is effectively coordinated with families and the healthcare team.
Census Growth: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase PPEC census.
Organization & Delegation: Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Active RN License (PA)
- Five years of healthcare experience, pediatric preferred
CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)
Criminal Background Check
Valid Driver’s License
Preferences
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Home health management experience preferred
