WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our CRM Data Analyst, you will monitor, validate and enrich all data in Papé Material Handling CRM system (Salesforce). This includes assisting in the validation and management of data processes so the data can be used to analyze sales and business functions, sales productivity, and ensure that data integrations with 3rd party software can function as designed.

Additionally, you will manage data governance at the direction of the Pape Material Handling CRM Admin. You will ensure that data entered by OpCo members meets the data governance plan requirements for the CRM and help to draft an ongoing solution as more data is added through multiple processes.  At times you will be asked to provide data files for OpCos updates, and assist in targeted market prospecting initiatives.

This position is based in our corporate office in Eugene, Oregon and is not a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how data is coming in and how it needs to be maintained for use in the Salesforce CRM.
  • Work on teams with other coordinators, analyst, database administrators and others.
  • Perform data validation and storage of various project documents.
  • Create and review data governance project documents and make necessary revisions.
  • Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
  • Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
  • Prepare data for reporting, meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company policies.
  • Provide statistical analysis and longitudinal analysis of data.
  • Prepare and submit data required for audits.
  • Prepare data for the Salesforce CRM from acquisitions.
  • Audit and repair the database from data corruption events.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 years related experience
  • Previous experience with data analysis and data governance management
  • Preferred Salesforce CRM data experience
  • Preferred Salesforce Analytics Studio experience
  • Experience with Microsoft programs – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Preferred knowledge of SOQL

 

Compensation: $22.67-32.87/hr (Depending on Experience)
