CREDIT MANAGER:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Credit Manager, you will be in a key leadership role that will support and assist the Director of Finance and all Pape’ operating company departments with credit and collection activities. Every day, you will see yourself:

  • Leading a Credit & Collections team, managing complex accounts and ensuring timely collections.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for managing credit risk and improving cash flow, with a focus on reducing bad debt and delinquency.
  • Collaborating with Presidents, General Managers, and Department Managers to manage escalated accounts, negotiate settlements, and develop payment plans.
  • Following and teaching all credit policies and legal requirements of credit administration.
  • Reviewing credit reports and financial statements to determine credit approval and establish credit limits.
  • Overseeing the tracking of all Lienable Rental billings.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work for a sales driven organization and staying in line with the sales side of the organization. 
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as credit reports, financial statements and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
