Our stylists don't just cut hair; they rake in the rewards! Starting with a base pay of at least $14+ per hour, they also pocket daily tips, commissions, & sweet incentives, adding up to an impressive $25-$35+ per hour. Plus, we offer a 401K with a company match, & we’ve got your back with vacation and holiday pay.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
