BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Manager (RN required) for our Falls Church, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities for a clinical RN Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Falls Church, VA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience.
