As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Work with a team of physicians, LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care
- Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor
- Assist nursing staff in carrying out patient’s plan of care
A few must-haves for Registered Nurses:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program and active RNÂ license in North Dakota
- CPR certificationÂ
- Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion
- ACLS, NIH, BLS, required to start
- Needs to have experience or desire to work Critical Access and Nursing Homes
- Must have 2 years ER experience, will take RN with 1 year experience if they have paramedic experience.
