As the LPN Care Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, while maintaining full office compliance
  • Schedule and manage care professionals for home care or staffing assignments, ensuring qualified personnel are assigned promptly
  • Oversee all phases of recruitment, from posting and interviewing to onboarding and orienting new employees
  • Supervise, evaluate, and actively manage paraprofessional field staff to optimize performance and hours worked
  • Build strong relationships with clients and staff to meet needs effectively and drive satisfaction
  • Assist with payroll, billing, mail supervision, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations, address issues promptly, and maintain professionalism under pressure

A few must-haves for our LPN Care Coordinator:

  • Active LPN license with at least 1 year of home care experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding employees
  • A personable, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
