Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality dental care, possess excellent communication skills, and be a team player.
Schedule:
- Monday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- In Feb 2025 - will extend schedule full time to
- mon,tues,wed 7am-5pm and thurs 7am to Noon
(If benefits are needed up front we can look at splitting with another office until Feb)

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Take and develop dental x-rays.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Missouri.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for patient care and education.
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Minimum QualificationsÂ
- Current dental hygienist license in MO
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
