Our client in the facilities management industry is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting the assigned location(s). The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lake Forest, California

What's the Job?

  • Lead a team of facilities associates in the delivery of and be responsible for the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities at the assigned location(s).
  • Ensure client assets are operated and maintained in a cost-effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
  • Develop budgets, control costs, coordinate service provider(s) and staff activities.
  • Resolve escalated issues, drive continuous process improvement and team development in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, development and coaching to direct reports and may also manage other Facility Managers.

What's Needed?

  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel and possess the ability to analyze data.
