RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop electrical control systems for new and existing products.
- Create detailed electrical sensor layouts, help with generating electrical schematics for conveyor systems and other machines.
- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices using Rockwell software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of science in controls or electrical engineering preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of related experience, including programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, etc.; knowledge of Allen Bradley / Rockwell systems is a plus
- Prior experience designing and implementing control systems with strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
- Familiarity working in a manufacturing / production environment using industrial automation is preferred, but not required
