Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital brings expert pediatric care to your neighborhood through our Outpatient Care Centers. Johns Hopkins All Children’s doctors, nurses, therapists and staff work in the Outpatient Care Center, bringing some of our most frequently needed pediatric medical services to a convenient location serving numerous surrounding communities.

Position Summary: The Perinatal Sonographer III demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the management of diagnostic testing. Demonstrates focused critical thinking, integrates multi-system implications and provides anticipatory observation and management for predictable events. Demonstrates interdisciplinary collaboration and an outcome-oriented approach to care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved diagnostic medical sonography program with a minimum of 5 years’ experience; additional clinical experience or credentials may be considered in lieu of some education.
  • Specialty registry through ARDMS or CCI
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sonographer. Perinatal Sonography experience is required.
  • Dual registries preferred (ex. Fetal Echo & Nuchal Translucency)
  • Current BLS certification, AHA
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM. No weekend or holiday work.

***This position will primarily be located in Ft. Myers, FL, with the expectation to support other sites, with expansion & growth. Time and mileage will be compensated when you travel to another site.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.99 per hour - Maximum 57.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
