What you’ll be doing:

  • Staples business to business lead management and operations team is looking for an experienced lead management manager to help drive operational efficiency, marketing lead effectiveness and transparency in reporting on results to our business stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in connecting marketing to sales through lead tracking, operational monitoring and proactive recommendations to both organizations based on what's working and what's not. Candidates with strong cross functional experience with process, systems and organizational change experience preferred.
  • Monitoring of lead flow and processes
  • Creation and management of standards for data input/output of leads
  • Operational reporting to provide visibility into lead flow bottlenecks or recommendations for 
  • improvement in processes
  • Process governance to ensure Marketing & Sales standards are followed or updated with 
  • appropriate approvals
  • Campaign level reporting of lead flow and effectiveness of campaigns to revenue generation
  • Lead scoring governance and recommendations for ongoing improvements
  •  Marketing and Sales stakeholder engagement ensuring voice of customer feedback into 
  • Processes

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven track record of improving lead management processes and driving sales growth
  • Extensive experience with CRM software and lead management tools. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years lead generation, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent work history

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in lead management systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or similar platforms 
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field. 
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), or Digital Marketing. 
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional role, managing complex stakeholder relationships.
