Supply Chain Coordinator

 

Location: 1550 W. McEwen Dr., Franklin, TN 37067 (Onsite on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Remote on Thursday, Friday.)

 

Overview:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is an essential team member focused on data entry and administrative support within our supply chain systems. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with ERP systems. This position involves maintaining accurate data, supporting basic order tracking, and ensuring smooth, day-to-day supply chain operations.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately enter and update data related to supply orders, inventory records, and vendor information in our ERP system
  • Set up and maintain supplier accounts in the ERP system, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with data validation and error-checking processes to ensure the highest accuracy
  • Provide field support for ERP system users as needed, helping troubleshoot basic issues
  • Coordinate the review and reconciliation of invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable, preparing records for leadership review
  • Promptly identify and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably involving ERP system usage
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Minimum of one (1) year healthcare experience preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience including strong Excel skills preferred

 

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel:

  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to and 5:00 p.m.
  • Travel is not expected for this position.
