QPS Employment Group is hiring a Blender Operator for a company in Franksville, WI. This is a contract to hire role.

Blender Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Blending and packaging
- Loading and unloading freeze dryers
- Weighing ingredients, bulks, and excipients
- Cleaning rooms and equipment so they are suitable for production
- Assemble/disassemble mill
- Operation of the metal detector
- Performing all master sanitation tasks associated with the department
- Properly filling out room logs
- Making corrections on documentation, adhering to GDP
- Following operating discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards, and practices to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned areas
- Monitoring and using HMI for basic processes
- Proactively identifying improvements and opportunities utilizing improvement processes, appropriate management of change processes, and communication tools
- Performing sanitation duties per established frequency and procedures
- Complying with plant safety rules and maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Other duties as assigned

Blender Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to stand greater than 2/3 of the time
- Ability to walk less than 1/2 of the time
- Ability to sit 1/3 of the time
- Ability to use hands greater than 2/3 of the time
- Ability to reach with hands and arms less than 1/3 of the time
- Ability to climb or balance less than 1/3 of the time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl less than 1/3 of the time
- Ability to talk and hear greater than 2/3 of the time
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds less than 1/3 of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds less than 1/3 of the time
- Ability to use close vision (20 inches or less) greater than 2/3 of the time for computer work and other tasks
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
