Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Equipment and Maintenance Department supporting the vehicle assembly team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Maintenance Technician
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: $40-42/h + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and standards.

Perform or manage maintenance on vehicle assembly equipment.

Respond to equipment alarms, downtime events, and production-related support requests.

Conduct root cause analysis on equipment and quality-related issues.

Train production staff on equipment best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements:
-
5-7 years of experience with industrial automation, automotive/aerospace assembly equipment, or similar.

Strong electrical (12VDC to 480VAC) and mechanical knowledge.

Basic understanding of robotics, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and DC tooling.

Proficient with computers and willing to learn 3D modeling software.

Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D prints and schematics.
