• Must have active state license
• Boards not required
• Weekdays, Days, No call, Flexible
• Must be able to see all ages
• Approximately 22 - 24 during 8-hour shift
• Open to both IM and FM
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
