Sever/Barista

We seek a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Barista. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for exceptional service, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Shift: Full-time 

Monday-Friday, 7:30 A.M.-3:30 P.M. 

This position requires weekend and holiday availability  

Pay:

$16 - $18.50/ hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Take and accurately input customer orders
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Handle credit card transactions
• Assist with restocking and inventory management
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
