We are looking for an LPN to work with a student Monday through Friday 8:30am-2:30pm in a school setting!

• Pay Range: School LPN's pay ranges from $33-$35 an hour

Job Duties:

• Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the school
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide basic first aid care.
• Complete patient documentation.
• Care for a student with asthma and watch for seizures.

A few must-haves for LPNs and RNs:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN in Michigan
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• One year of pediatric experience is required
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate
