As an essential part of the Food and Beverage department, you’ll work with the Training team! Here, you will be responsible for conducting training classes for all new associates, as well as returning associates.  Â

Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.Â

Positions are currently available for those who are 16 or older.Â
Responsibilities:
As a part of the Carowinds F&B Training team, your daily assigned duties would be as follows:Â
- Trains seasonal associates at all levels. Â
- Reports staffing updates to department leadership team. Â
- Administer ServSafe Safe Food Handler course upon associate completion of Orientation.Â
- Administer ServSafe Safe Alcohol course upon associate completion of Department Training.Â
- Conduct Associate training according to the guidelines provided.Â
- Will approve all shifts related to associate training, which will include input if necessary.Â
- Update associate records with training information immediately upon completion of trainings.Â
- Other duties may be assignedÂ
Qualifications:
- Must pass ServSafe: Food Handler, Food Manager, and ABC courses as well as obtain the status of proctor and instructor for the food courses
- Proficient in Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Ability to learn other software programs
- Must possess communication skills and comfortable with public speaking
