Carowinds is hiring Lifeguards with a starting pay of $15.50 per hour, and returning Lifeguards can earn $16.00 per hour.
The Lifeguard Hiring Event will take place on April 26th and 27th, 2025, from 11am-5pm at the Carowinds Employment Office.
Candidates are encouraged to apply in-person or online, with the opportunity to get hired on the same day or go through the onboarding process if already hired.
The position requires a passion for helping others, good judgment, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests and associates.
Applicants should be available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, and there is no specific year of experience required.
