Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Greenfield, OH (In-Person)
Duration: 3 months on W2
Pay Rate: $24.86/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently on a variety of maintenance tasks. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and building infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, air compressors, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and maintain fire life safety systems, including fire pumps, wet sprinklers, and valves.
- Maintain and repair building systems, including docks, levels, restraints, and overhead mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Complete work orders through a digital system, ensuring timely documentation and updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members regarding issues and updates.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with maintenance standards.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks, including physical activities like climbing, lifting, and carrying loads up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: 2-3 years required, 5 years preferred in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: CFC Universal Certification and experience with electrical systems.
