Our Client in Greensboro is looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative!

- Temp to Hire
- Training hours:
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm for 3-4 weeks
- Regular hours:
- Tuesday-Saturday 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Saturday's 8-5)
- Answer customer questions, solve problems, and provide advise and/or assistance for the services of the organization including:
- Inquiries about new and existing accounts
- Assisting concerns with billing and making payments
- Help setting up accounts
- Initiate tickets to tech support for customers when needed
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM
- 2-5 years of customer service or call center experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- 30+ wpm typing speed
- Bilingual in spanish and english
