Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge with interns
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR practices are competitive and effective
Experience Level: Preferred experience level is 1 to 3 years.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with employees and managers
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
