Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, responsible for utilizing a range of recruiting platforms to source qualified candidates and build a talent pipeline to meet hiring needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:

路 Manage the selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative aspects involved in full-lifecycle recruiting.
路 Screen, interview and assess candidates to provide qualified candidate shortlists and candidate insight for hiring managers.
路 Consult with executives and senior management to understand business needs and define candidate qualifications to determine sourcing needs.
路 Authentically represent our brand and employer value proposition in the market and effectively attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
路 Stay abreast of industry trends, regularly making improvements to advance the recruitment strategy
路 Demonstrate experience running strategy meetings where you will not only present candidates, but also dig into and present on market intel and candidate pools.
路 Provide functional expertise and insight around talent acquisition challenges and best practices ensuring that KPIs are met, and priorities are fully understood and delivered.
路 You will have proven experience leading direct sourcing recruiting activities for a wide variety of positions, utilizing multiple sourcing and attraction channels and have expertise in direct sourcing techniques including head hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, attraction advertising and social media recruiting.
路 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
路 High School Diploma / GED
路 4+ years related work experience
路 Must be 21 years of age or older
