Job Summary:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

路 Prepares hourly payroll by maintaining clocking details, verifying daily timecard calculations, and monitoring information for time charged to other departments.
路 Maintains departmental records by recording job information, department numbers, labor distribution numbers, and employee demographic information, and documenting vacation, holidays, absences, and tardiness on individual employee records.
路 Informs Payroll and Human Resources of changes in employees' job, shift, and/or pay status by communicating and preparing paperwork as necessary to resolve related issues by the established weekly payroll deadlines.
路 Provides general office support by preparing memoranda, reports, distributing mail, answering telephone, maintaining files, and requisitioning cigarettes.
路 Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and experience:
路 High School Diploma / GED with 3+ years of Payroll work experience
路 Must be 21 years of age or older

Experience to include, but is not limited to:
路 Multi-company / multi-state environment
路 Automated payroll systems

Knowledge of:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
