Summary: Ā Motivated individual to assist with researching and attending Recruitment Events to present our current job opportunities to varying groups of people. Along with being our potential candidates first interaction to joining our team by administering calls, interviews, hiring, and launching in our Team Member Dashboard to begin their Six Flags journey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with team members in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
- Prepare: daily reports/stats, interview documents, and New Hire and Rehire Folders
- Schedule and facilitate In-Person and Virtual Interviews
- Assist with Front Office Onboarding duties, if needed
- Support all departments with Daily Hiring Reports and Weekly Staffing Summaries
- Assist with Park-wide Team Member Events; Set-up, Execution, and Clean-up
- Ensure all hiring paperwork is complete and in compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist in the organization and management of team member files and maintain confidentiality about all personal information
- Maintain clean and organized work spaces
- Communicate and schedule Orientation with all incoming Team Members
- Prepare and Facilitate Orientation Sessions
- Have daily communication with supervisors in regards to team member status, questions, or concerns
- Assist with data entry functions: Hiring into UKG, running and completing staffing reports, logging all Team Member interactions (phone calls, voicemails, interviews, inquiries)
- Research and Attend local Recruiting Opportunities
- Engage with varying persons during Recruiting Events via conversation, assistance with applying, and handing out position information
- Review and respond to Six Flags email on a daily basis
- Adhere to park attendance policy & Comply with all Safety responsibilities, policies, and procedures
