Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Overnight EVS Supervisor to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As an EVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and assigning team members to clean facilities in accordance with company standards. Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:15 PM to 7:45 AM

What will you do?

• Schedule daily shifts, breaks, and mealtimes for cleaning team members, and conduct pre-shift meetings 
• Supervise team members to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards, including guest areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms 
• Maintain sanitation guidelines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and that lost and found items are turned over to security 
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment, coordinating repairs as needed 
• Conduct final walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and work areas before shift ends, and train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols 

More about you

• High School Diploma, GED, or TASC preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in facility cleaning 
• Knowledge of floor strippers, floor sealers, carpet shampooers, and vacuum cleaners 
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations 
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, Excel, and email 
• Experience in facility cleaning and understanding of cleaning safety protocols 

Physical requirements

• Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of shift 
• Frequent bending, kneeling, carrying, and climbing of stairs 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
