RN/Technician/Exercise Physiologist PRN - Cardiac Rehab

 As a Registered Nurse, Technician or Exercise Physiologist, you will have a significant impact on the patients and staff that you interact with on a daily basis in Cardiac Rehab. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating rehabilitation patients in collaboration with the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation team while being consistent with the mission of UPHS - Portage. 

For Registered Nurse:

• Successful completion of nursing program required
• Current State of Michigan RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications as required (available upon hire)

For Technician/Exercise Physiologist:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• ACSM Exercise Specialist preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (available upon hire)

Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
