Senior Engineer

Our client, that designs & manufactures heating solutions for all components of a thermal system, is seeking a direct hire, Senior Engineer to design systems and develop processes and process improvement initiatives. This person would sit onsite at their Hannibal, MO location. 

Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Hannibal, MO

Pay Range: $82,400-$123,600 + 10% Bonus

What’s the Job?

• Perform a variety of engineering work in planning and developing products, tools, fixtures, equipment
  and industrial processes.
• Focuses on improving products or processes that impact one or more technical areas or across multiple
  locations/facilities
• Advanced understanding of lean product development tools and principles
• Advanced mastery of advanced systematic/ creative problem solving tools
• 100% Onsite 

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred. Related experience at a more senior level in lieu of degree required. 
• Metal fabrication experience 
• Electrical troubleshooting experience 
• Experience designing systems and improving processes
