Under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director will oversee patient care and services, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all clients. As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support and advance our mission, vision, values, and goals. Your role will involve modeling patient safety, advocacy, teamwork, respect, and efficiency while managing daily schedules and staffing effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee patient flow and coordinate services to ensure exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to uphold organizational mission and goals.
  • Ensure quality patient care through efficient management of schedules and staffing.
  • Address personnel, scheduling, and patient-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee staff competency and provide/participate in ongoing education and training.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and support professional development.
  • Lead quality improvement activities, process improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and efficient care environment.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program (Associate degree required, BSN preferred). Certification preferred.
  • License/Certification: Current Montana RN licensure and BLS certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, including two years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of hospital operations and experience in managing fiscal and human resources.
