It involves patient intake and documentation of clinical data while delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR), employing culturally competent care strategies, and adhering to the medical assistant scope of practice. The position also requires monitoring the practice schedule, collaborating with the care team for clinic visits, and guiding patients to ensure timely and prepared attendance at appointments.Ā Knowledge and Experience:Ā 1-year of healthcare experience preferredĀ Education: High school graduate, HiSET or GED equivalent preferred.
